1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 177sp platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" refers to 177sp's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using this platform. Any use of the platform — such as creating an account, playing games, making deposits or withdrawals — will be considered full acceptance of these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 177sp is ৳100. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be processed through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use a payment account registered in your own name to complete a deposit.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted and may result in account cancellation.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete, though identity verification or security review may require additional time.

• 177sp reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

177sp provides promotional offers and bonuses to users from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. The main terms of the welcome bonus are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200.
• Another example: depositing ৳10,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — making your total balance ৳15,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus balance does not convert directly to cash balance — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus earning periods are limited to a set timeframe — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• 177sp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on 177sp are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Each game has its own set of rules, which are displayed in the game lobby.
• Starting a game will be taken as acceptance of the relevant rules.
• Game results caused by a technical fault will be considered void and stakes will be returned.
• In situations that conflict with game provider rules, 177sp will make the final decision.

For sports betting — such as cricket and football — bet outcomes are determined based on the official result after the match concludes. Any result given before the official result is announced is not final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 177sp platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as one person claiming bonuses under different identities.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

• Operating an account in a third party's name or placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Providing a false identity or using another person's personal information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

177sp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or signs of fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
